Authenticity check was thorough

I recently purchased some Air Jordan 1 Retro Highs. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. I appreciated the detailed tracking updates, which included when the sneakers passed their authenticity check. That really eased my mind. They arrived well-packaged about a week after I placed the order. The shoes themselves were exactly as described – deadstock and pristine. I had a quick question about sizing beforehand, and customer service responded to my email within a day, which was helpful. No complaints about the product or the support.

Good price, slow delivery

I ordered a pair of New Balance 550s from Kicksown. The price was competitive, definitely better than some other sites. Shipping took about 10 days to get to me, which felt a bit long, especially since I was excited to get them. The sneakers arrived in perfect condition, though. Overall, a decent experience, but they could probably speed up their shipping times a little.

Reliable for rare finds

This was my third time buying from Kicksown, and they've been consistently reliable. I picked up some Adidas Gazelles this time, a limited edition colorway that's hard to find elsewhere. Each time, the authentication process seems solid, and the products always arrive in new condition. Shipping usually takes about a week to ten days for me here in California, which is what I've come to expect. Their selection for rare collectible shoes is usually pretty good, and that's why I keep coming back, even if shipping isn't always lightning-fast.
